My Health Today: It’s 29 Celsius outside today. I can’t go outside because the heat will drain me of any energy I have. If I go outside it’s with the plan to go for a swim or directly into an air conditioned car and then left at the door of an air conditioned building. I’m very weak today. I really can’t walk with my own strength.

My Health Today: I woke today with bad tremors and a very foggy brain. It’s one of those days that I just stayed put on the couch. I tried going in the back yard but my legs hurt so badly and couldn’t straighten them. I was also too weak to stand anyway. We’ll try tomorrow.

My Health Today: I was feeling more alert, less of the brain fog today. The few days prior I was really having a rough time concentrating. The fatigue was worse than usual, to the point that I would have to support my head on occasion. That kind of fatigue has been getting worse.

My Health today: The last couple days have been pretty low. Heidi noticed that yesterday that my little ole’ brain was not connecting. She’s right. It seemed like I was in this deep fog all day. My first and last 3 hours of every day have been very low, with pain and inability to walk much at all. Today seems like it will be a better day.

There’s an MS group that is launching a Class-action suit with the Human Rights Tribunal, Gerry wrote them an introduction email. In my earlier post I noted how he switches part of the letters in his words around, well here is an example – see the subject line. We are actually going to Los Cabos…

Saturday turned out to be a lazy day as Gerry had extreme fatigue. He puttered around the yard, jumped into our 15′ x 3 1/2′ deep pool many times during the day to cool off his head. When his head gets hot the fatigue sets in.
We went to church at night. Often his legs get very agitated because the pew bench cuts into the back of his legs. For the remainder of the evening the back of his legs felt hot, tingled (like yours would feel if when it falls asleep) and very restless.
He had pain in his left side at the base of his neck – couldn’t even touch it.
He slurred several words in the evening and he does a funny thing with some words – it sounds like he says the last part of the word first and then the first part.
He sighed alot. Bedtime was a welcome relief.

Well aren’t you sarcastic. I think your brain is working better than you allude to…
